Trial Shenanigans: Crisis Continued – TRANSCRIPT AVAILABLE

On 14 January 2024, a trial was held in the Inter-micronational Court with the judge being IMC Founder and Leader Benjamin of Levinia. Andrew Perdomo was the plaintiff attempting to hold a dispute case against Emperor Charles I and the Empire of Ela’r’oech as a whole to prove his claim that Pontunia did not deserve to be Elarian.

The trial lasted an estimated hour and a half, by ENS calculations. This is how the trial went.

After both sides quickly presented evidence, Emperor Charles made an error. He requested that his side be allowed to use Andrew Perdomo as a witness. This was allowed on the stipulation that the opposers could question himself as a witness as well. He agreed. After this, however, both sides presented evidence and then Emperor Charles questioned Andrew Perdomo, Andrew and his Pontunian allies left the IMC server.

They claimed that the trial was “unorganized” and “unprofessional.”
