Ela’r’oech’s Bout For Freedom ; How Charles Defended His Music

So, if you didn’t know, on March 9th he started uploaded music to SoundCloud under the name iiToxicAcid – which he uses a lot – he made an EP called “Discovery”, three tracks he’d post. On his third track, he was suddenly stopped by a copyright claim stating he used sounds illegally.

Initially, this may deter an artist from making some music at least for a while, but not Charles. He simply filed a dispute and went back to making more music, with tracks like “Game’n” and “Mirai.” Early this morning he then saw a notification and had dismissed it, but upon further investigation, it was a SoundCloud email.

SoundCloud had noticed his dispute and reinstated “Formation” – that’s the name of his track by the way – so luckily he now has the full Discovery EP on SoundCloud. Hey, since you’re reading, check it out on his SoundCloud account “iiToxicAcid.”
