Today it was revealed that Charles I will be holding a special weekend event, a presumed new national holiday revolving the founding of the micronation. This is the first time such an event has happened as every citizen will be given 1,200 Elarian Stix and the ability to declare colonies, such as the British did in the early 1700s on North American soil. The colonies can be online, or in a real world area, whether it’s on a micronation or macro.
In additional news, domestic policies have declared that same-sex marriage will formally be recognized, however there are boundaries. Both parties must be within a yearly age gap between them. For example, a 20 year old and 19 year old. However, they cannot go farther than 730 days, for example 20 years old and 18 (and a day) years old. Members of the LGBT+ community are also not allowed to be in the military, however they can apply to become an associate, someone who will come if need be, like a draft.
There is a peace time in Ela’r’oech, but we can only hope how far that will last. Charles I was not in the capital for the past day and was missing for hours on end, the cause of this is unknown but it seems he has returned to his daily life. A few days ago he also started his own news source, more of an unbiased take on Ela’r’oech, looking at it from an outsiders perspective.
