On September 30th, 2020 ; 5 new laws passed under the “Toxic” Regime, including the ban of Chinese apps and a law prohibiting women from holding the office of Prime Minister.
Uproar was almost immediate, coming in just 3 minutes later as there was concern with the ban of Chinese apps. 2 minutes later, backlash against the anti-women PM law. Although there are no women in Ela’r’oech, the nation is still attempting to set a high moral ground. Hopefully, there can be some resolve.
